Does Ram Jack drive with a dual hydraulic head, single head or jackhammer?
We use a dual hydraulic ram head to drive the piers with more focused force, thereby ensuring the piers are driven straight and deep to end bearing, resulting in the most stable support available for your home. What else do you do to make sure the piers are driven straight? We use a variable length 3″ diameter steel tube called a guide sleeve which mounts through the bracket under your foundation. The pier rifles through the guide sleeve providing additional strength to maintain a strait path on its way through the soil to load bearing strata. Are your piers thermoplastic-coated or galvanized?
