Does Raheem Morris have the experience to be the head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers?
If he has already been in the organization for a while, then he should have a good grasp on how things work in there. That would seem to be a definite advantage when taking over a team. Whether he has the experience to lead is another story. However, older more experienced coaches don’t always win in the NFL. Look at Mike Tomlin, a 2 year coach (and one of the youngest coaches ever) who just took the Steelers to the Superbowl.
