Does racism retard intellectual development?
No I do not think racism retards intellectual development. That would make racism the cause. I actually think it is more likely that racism would be one effect of someone with a reduced intellectual development. This is not to say racism is limited only to people with lower IQ’s. Many people have high IQ’s and can memorize just about anything but still lack the cognitive reasoning or common sense skills that lead one to conclude racism is wrong.
