Does Race Point Capital have its own fund?
Yes, Race Point Capital has a private fund (Race Point Capital Fund I LLC) which is controlled by Race Point Capital’s founder. Race Point Capital Fund I makes investments along-side Race Point Capital members. To the extent there is more interest in an investment than can be accommodated by the size of the round, Race Point Capital members and the Race Point Capital Fund I will coordinate on a first-come-first serve basis.
