Should the unexpected occur, and you need to cancel or reschedule your service, we ask that you notify us as quickly as possible. This allows us to fill your unused time slot so that our employees don’t lose the work hours, and you are afforded more time slot options to reschedule your service date if that is your intention. In the event that you need to completely cancel your already booked service and if your service required a deposit, you are eligible for a full 100% refund* of your deposit subject to the following: • Residential customers receive an 85% refund* if you have to cancel within 48 hours before your service is scheduled to occur, 75% refund* if you have to cancel within 24 hours before your service is scheduled to occur, and a 50% refund* if you have to cancel the same day your service is scheduled. • Business or Commercial customers receive an 85% refund* if you have to cancel within 72 hours before your service is scheduled to occur, 75% refund* if you have to cancel
