Does QPR CostControl take capacity into account?

Yes, through smart allocation rules, the user defines at every object whether calculation is based on capacity or usage. Thus the user defines whether alls cost is allocated (Fully Allocated Cost, FAC) or whether cost is allocated based on capacity (normal cost). Allocation based on capacity can be useful in situations where cost of overcapacity is not to be included in the product cost (e.g. in the beginning or end of a product life-cycle).
