Does QPR CostControl allow for push or pull allocations?

In QPR CostControl the user is allowed to set push or pull at the object level. Push and pull can be used mixed in one model. Push allocations are allocations independent of the volume of the destination (e.g. a percentage). Pull allocations take the volume on the destination into account (e.g. this product needs that activity twice and that activity once, every time it is produced).
