What does that mean? Indian Meadow Herbals: IMH products are made fresh and while they do not require refrigeration they can react to temperature extremes during transit. We have no control over what UPS/USPS does to the product once it is shipped out of Maine. The “lumpiness” you see is a classic “change in temperature” reaction. The coconut oil in particular can precipitate and appear lumpy (but the lumpiness will quickly resolve when applied to the skin). The residual oil is from that precipitation process but there is no problem other than visual with the product. Just stir to restore.
