Only a few steps from the condo you will be able to enjoy one of the Costa Rican “Blue Flag” prize winner beaches, which is a qualification only given to the cleanest and clearer beaches of the country. As it is very close to the project, it is great for morning walks. Also you can find beautiful close by beaches, such as Doña Ana, Tambor and Ballena Beach.
