Does Psychological Repugnance constitute Impotency?
An individual may feel the incapable of having sexual intercourse with a spouse for psychological reasons or due to repugnance. This individual may be capable of sexual intercourse with another person. However, psychological repugnance that renders the person incapable of consummating the marriage is considered by courts as fitting the legal definition of ‘impotency’ as contemplated under matrimonial laws.
