In 1989, the Certified in Education for Public Relations (CEPR) program was established to offer colleges and universities the opportunity for review and endorsement of their public relations education program. CEPR is a voluntary program. PRSA is committed to providing professional development opportunities for public relations practitioners at all career levels.
