PRSA, through the Educational Affairs Committee, provides a certification review process for university undergraduate public relations programs. In 1989, the Certified in Education for Public Relations (CEPR) program was established to offer colleges and universities the opportunity for review and endorsement of their public relations education program. CEPR is a voluntary program. PRSA is committed to providing professional development opportunities for public relations practitioners at all career levels.
