ProTech Group offers a 120 day exam pass guarantee. You must call us after you finish a course and download our exam prep software prior to taking the acutal exam. You must obtain 95% on our prep exam and you are guaranteed to pass the real exam on your first attempt. If you fail the actual exam twice, within 120 days, you will receive a 100% refund.
