Does Protean influence a Gangrels features?
A Gangrel’s chosen forms have no effect or influence on the animal features they develop. If anything affects the features, it appears to be the environment in which the Gangrel emerses itself. • City Gangrel draw features from urban animals such as cats, dogs, rats and sometimes insects. • The Mariners, and other Gangrel who choose to dwell near water, draw features from fish, seals, crocodiles and other sea life. • The traditional (Country) Gangrel take features from animals of the same wilderness environment (forest, desert, tundra, etc.). Also, the features don’t have to come from a single animal. When they do, the Gangrel may appear to be trapped in animal form (a giant rat) or as some kind of were-creature.
