Does ProServe II offer Inventory Control ?
YES, ProServe II allows you to setup items as a “cost” or “sale” item and allows you to set its own ratio of how it is handled during order entry. Like 60 to 1 or 12 to 1. During order entry you can post supplies used for that work order or actually sale items on a work order or sales order. It acts just like a standard order entry program that you would find in any basic accounting sales order program. A type “sale” will add that sale to the whole order where as a type “cost” will only record it as costs not as a sale item. This allows you to post chemical usage as well as sale items within the same WO or SO.
