• Will the proposed treatment result in improved air quality by providing a sink for greenhouse gases. (Example: Forests fix CO2 while giving off O2.) Forest must remain intact for 30 years or more • Does the applicant have an approved Forest Stewardship Plan or Oregon Tree Farm Management Plan or Is the property in question Certified as being well managed under one of the recognized third-party forest certification programs such as Green TAG, Forest Stewardship Council and International Organization for Standardization. (Please provide last inspection for verification). • Will the proposed treatment improve fish and wildlife habitat significantly?
