Does proof of antimatter prove existence of parallel universes?
No, it doesn’t “prove” parallel universes. Quantum mechanics folks tell us that matter and energy are equivalent at the sub-atomic level. So anti-matter doesn’t have to come from somewhere else. It’s just another kind of matter that happens to annihilate the stuff that all of us are made of. We can’t claim that antimatter is not visible to the naked eye. Some of the universe we observe through telescopes may indeed be comprised of antimatter. But since we can’t get there (as of today anyway), we don’t know.
“Does proof of antimatter prove existence of parallel universes?” no. It only proves the existence of anti-matter. Anti-matter has been known (predicted scientifically) for over a century and a half. “And if so, why is our personal “antimatter” not visible to the naked eye?” There is no such thing as “personal anti-matter”. You are what you are because of the matter than forms you. The existence of that matter does not depend on the existence of equivalent anti-matter somewhere else. Anti-matter IS visible to the naked eye… if you can ever assemble enough of it. In anti-matter (made of anti-electrons in orbit around atoms of anti-protons and anti-neutrons), the electromagnetic force is mediated by anti-photons which are… the same as photons. The photon is its own anti-particle (i.e., you cannot distinguish a photon from an anti-photon, they are both the same thing). Therefore, if there were normal chemical reactions involving anti-matter, they would give the exact same indications
