A Meta-Analysis To gain insight into factors that may moderate how well cognitive tests predict performance, this meta-analysis examines program level as a moderator of the predictive validity of the GRE. A Measurement Invariance and Method Bias Model of Applicant Faking This study investigates the construct validity and measurement differences of noncognitive selection devices under applicant, honest, and fake response conditions. Further-more, a method bias analysis was conducted to examine whether some of the measurement differences were the result of a differential social de
