The thinking behind these assumptions is: Geedi is an educated and he is born and breeds Mogadishians, who witnessed the Somalia’s turmoil from beginning to its current situation. Unlike many Somali illiterate political contenders, he is someone who has the privilege of knowing the historical precedence of power sharing inequalities and injustice meted out to his clan. Additionally, Gedi is someone who was not tainted or accused any involvement of Somali conflicts. He would have been better severed to be on his own man and run his administration and the government apparatus without interference, domination, manipulation and misuse of his character, integrity and stewardship by the Warlord Abdullahi Yusuf, who is supposed to be a constitutional figure.
