Does ProBalance accept insurance?
We will directly bill for those with Veterans Administration Insurance and for some Auto Med-Pay cases. However, to maintain our high standard of care, we are not contracted with insurance providers and are therefore considered an out of network provider. Although we are an out of network provider, our physical therapy services may still be covered by your insurance. Payment is expected at the time of service, but upon request, we will provide you with a superbill which contains the codes required for reimbursement directly from your insurance. Note that it is your responsibility to understand the benefits and limitations of your insurance.
