prison rehabiltation it does not work because it does not exist. and it never as worked it is a complete sham that the prison service attempts to rehabilitate prisoners. they have not got the time or the inclination to rehabilitate dont believe all the garbage that is given in publicity handouts I DONT HAVE TO STUDY THE LINKS IT IS ALL made up drivel about rehabilitation.the majority of prisoners are locked up most of the time. the prison service do not have the the staff or the money to do it And dont start about the figures the released by the home home regarding this matter. it is all made up by faceless civil servants.
