No. Powershot® is an additional fuel system, not a replacement fuel system. To convert a diesel engine to run on LPG is possible, but prohibitively expensive. The combustion process is totally different in diesel than in petrol/LPG engines. If you want your diesel to run on LPG, the usual answer is to swap in a petrol engine, and then convert from that.
