Does power walking lead to weight loss?
Any exercise is going to lead to weight loss when paired with a healthy diet. Your body gets “used” to certain exercises and they are no longer effective if you do the same thing every day. Power walking is a good switch up from other exercises. If you chose power walking as your exercise, make sure you work up a good sweat. That will help burn the pounds. If you see that you hit an additional plateau in your weight loss, try adding light hand weights or ankle weights. Good luck!
