Written entries, such as poetry, fiction, or non-fiction do not need an artist explanation. The explanation is the work itself. You can leave this section blank. PRESENTATION OF PIECES TO EXHIBIT All 2d work must be framed or be ready to install, with proper hanging hardware on the back of the work. (This includes a hanging wire or sawtooth hanger.) No glass or plexi-glass is required. If any work is determined to be too fragile to install, the artist will have to protect it using a frame, or waive the insurance for it, if the curator determines that it might be damaged. No work can hang from the ceiling, or block the exits. All 3D work must be under 40 lb, and size must be smaller than 3 x 3′ x 3′.
