No… certainly not for tuning. You won’t don’t need a computer at all as installation of Pocket RCT can be done from the included CF or SD memory card (see Installing Pocket RCT below). We will support the installation of Pocket RCT upgrades to their Pocket PC handheld computer using a Windows or Mac computer from CD or internet download, but memory card installation is required for the initial install.
