PMR is not a guiding service and we do not generally provide route information for Pacific Northwest climbers. However, we do patrol the popular climbing routes on Mount Hood during climbing season, providing safety education to climbers. This “preventative SAR” activity can include the distribution of general route condition information and the discussion of possible risks on the mountain that day.
