Does playtex gentle glide tampon hurt when removing?

If you find that it is hard to withdraw a tampon (any brand/type), then the tampon probably has not absorbed enough menstrual flow to smoothly come out. Unlike pads, you cannot “see” the amount of saturation of the tampon, so by giving a small tug on the tampon will let you know whether a change is required. If a change is required, there will be little resistance and your tampon will just come out. If it does not come out easily, then you can leave it in (unless you HAVE to change it) since it is still usable. On that note, it is also a good idea to use the minimum absorbency level required so you don’t run into situations where you have to uncomfortable withdraw the tampon as a result of not having enough flow to saturate the tampon enough for a easy removal.
