Standard accounts are month-to-month and can be canceled at any time, with 30-days written notice. We pro-rate (daily) back to customers any unused portion of their accounts during an upgrade or downgrade. Packages above a Plan 1 have different commitments, and after the initial commitments accounts become month-to-month.
