If you are concerned about your status as an amateur golfer you should consult the United States Golf Association or visit their website and review the information posted at http://www.usga.org/playing/amateur_status/amateur_status.html. If you choose to waive your right to accept prize money, we have a form you may use that includes a stipulation limiting you to the USGA’s currently allowed maximum prize value for amateurs. You will not be allowed to accept cash, so gift certificates will be substituted.
