PL does not have a holy book like a Bible or a Koran. What it does have, however, are the PL 21 Precepts which were revealed by divine revelation to Tokuchika Miki, the Second Founder (Kyoso) of the Church of Perfect Liberty in 1947, as truths for humankind. The PL 21 Principles on the other hand, are the guidelines for enjoyable, faithful living in daily life based on the 21 Precepts.
