Does PianoGrands carry antique harpsichords?
PianoGrands carries modern replicas of antique harpsichords. We WISH we had antique harpsichords. Authentic antique harpsichords are at least 200 years old, extremely rare and generally fragile. As a result they are hugely expensive, often hundreds of thousands of dollars. On the other hand, our new and pre-owned replica instruments and instrument kits are very reasonably priced. They provide a practical alternative for the early keyboard aficionado.
