A. Employers do not interface or feed information directly into PHRAnywhere. The information specific to eligibility updates would still follow the same process flow from employer to plan administrator or insurance company. The information displayed on PHRAnywhere specific to eligibility is uploaded from plan administrators or insurance companies on a daily basis.
