Does PhoneValet support distinctive ring?
PhoneValet will treat either ring pattern equally – it will not distinguish distinctive ring patterns. If you do not want PhoneValet to answer a specific ring pattern, you can purchase a distinctive ring filter to place on the phone line connected to PhoneValet. If you choose to do this, make sure you purchase a filter that will pass through caller ID signals.
