PhoneValet does not support call waiting. PhoneValet will log the first call, but if you switch to the second call, PhoneValet will consider the first call over and will not log the second call. PhoneValet also can not answer a second call while you are speaking to the first caller. If you need this capability, you will need a second phone line, and an additional PhoneValet package.
