Does Personal Shopper require an RMA or Return Merchandise Authorization?
Yes, we do require a RMA be issued when returning a PS Direct product. If you are not completely satisfied with your PS Direct purchase, please contact our Customer Care team through our Contact Us form on our website at www.personalshopper.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization. RMA requests take approximately 24-48 hours to generate and will be e-mailed to you along with specific return instructions. An RMA is valid for 20 days from date of issuance.
