Does PEC offer assistance for low-income members?
• PEC’s Community Assistance Program helps members unable to pay their electric bills. Each year, the PEC Board authorizes funds for this program, which uses local agencies to screen and qualify applicants based on financial need. In addition, credit amounts less than $5 from final bills are transferred to this program unless a refund is requested.
