Does Peak Broadband guarantee Internet uptime?
No. The Internet is a “best effort” service that works by connecting networks and systems of many disparate companies. It would be prohibitively expensive to create an integrated system where we could guarantee Internet uptime. We tout our service as 99.9% uptime, but this is not a guarantee – it’s a simple statement based on the historical performance of comparable T-1 services.
