Does Peabody have a direct purchase plan or dividend reinvestment plan?

0

Beginning February 21, 2006, American Stock Transfer & Trust Company (AST) became the sponsor and administrator of the Direct Stock Purchase Plan (Plan), following their purchase of the prior transfer agent, Wachovia Bank, N.A. The Plan allows you to purchase and sell shares of BTU (subject to commissions and fees charged by AST) directly through the Plan, rather than dealing with a broker. You may also use the Plan to reinvest all or part of your dividend proceeds in additional shares of BTU.
