Non-critical support is available during normal business hours (MST) 7 days a week – support related to system uptime and/or stability is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. You can reach us day or night via toll-free phone or email. The vast majority of support issues reported via email are responded to and resolved within the first hour.
