Non-critical support is available during normal business hours (MST) 7 days a week – support related to system uptime and/or stability is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. You can reach us day or night via toll-free phone or email. The vast majority of support issues reported via email are responded to and resolved within the first hour. How do we know our customers like our service? 90% of our new orders are either referrals or repeat orders from existing customers!
