Does Pastured Poultry Taste Different?
YES! Our poultry has much more flavor than conventional or Organic kosher poultry. That’s because our chickens eat grass and bugs and don’t receive soy in their diet. This means they take a bit longer to grow, but they taste much sweeter that any other chicken available. Pastured poultry also has more texture than conventional and organic poultry, because our chickens actually use their muscles. White meat doesn’t dry out as quickly, and dark meat tastes juicy and rich… Yum!
