Does participation in The Solar Eclipse Marathon require special preparation?
Running a marathon requires preparation under any circumstances. However, The Solar Eclipse Marathon is an Adventure Marathon and as such it will take place in conditions that generally require more physical effort than your average city marathon. Make sure you are adequately prepared for the added strain of the rugged terrain and be certain to have consumed plenty water and food to endure the challenge in the hot and humid climate.
