Yes, a metered utilities calculator is available for each manufactured housing community entered in Park Sidekick. Separate tabs are available for gas, electric, water, and other utility. The program will remember the last reading for each tenant, and will automatically post charges to each tenant’s account for payment to be collected. This feature is available at no extra charge.
