Does Park Cities work with Recruiting agencies?
Yes, I believe that all job seekers should work with 2 good Recruiters. In fact, I can refer you to some of the best Recruiters in the area. They will notify you of positions that may be of interest to you and I’ll guide you through that entire process. I believe that a successful job search is a cooperative effort. However, Recruiting firms only work with companies that agree to pay their recruiting fee. So, if a Recruiter learns of a specific opportunity but is told that the company will not pay a recruiting fee, that opportunity is never revealed to you. Since the average Recruiter assists 150-200 people at a time and Park Cities chooses to limit our job seekers to only a handful of people, I can spend far more individualized time on your job search. Recruiters are a great asset, however, you can NOT rely solely on them for your job search or you will miss out on many great opportunities.
