No, MacBrowser is not a fully functional file system driver (like native Windows NTFS or FAT driver or NTFS for MacOS X for example). The utility just adds a special unmapped folder in My Computer to browse contents, read and modify files, copy and create new files and folders on HFS+ partitions under Windows.
