A. No. Shareware allows users to try the program before they buy. If you encounter difficulties with the program before you purchase it, chances are that you’ll encounter the same problems afterwards. If you enjoy the program before you purchase it, you will enjoy it after you purchase it. The exception to our refund policy is if we do not provide the registration code within the specified time period (24 hours from the time of purchase with the exception of Paraben’s Financial Calculators and Paraben’s AdStopper). This exception to Paraben’s refund policy is limited to the accuracy of the user’s contact information and reliability of the user’s e-mail system.
