Most standard drug tests do not show oxycontin use. Extended drug tests can sometimes show use and there are tests that test specifically for oxycontin. One time users can expect the drug to take 2-4 days to clear their system, while extended users can expect it to take up to 2 weeks for the drug to clear their system.
