Does Owen Jones Capital Group raise equity funds for the project as well as the debt facility?

0

Our role in the capital procurement phase for Project Finance is generally limited to the debt side. However, as an adjunct introductory service, we may in some circumstances consider seeking out specific down payment investment funds for our clients provided we are contracted for the follow-on debt procurement role as well. Since Owen Jones Capital Group does not engage in securities or investments, services related to equity or investment are at the introductory level only. Equity or downpayment related tasks beyond this are referred to outside sources that we can recommend you consider. Ideally, however, sufficient paid in capital by the owner(s), or other investors of the project, should be in place. Paid in capital is typically 20-25% of the total funding required with debt carrying 75-80% of the balance of funds.
