Does ovulation cramps feel like period cramps?
Some women swear they can feel ovulation, I am one of them as well, I know exactly when I ovulate because my ovaries swell up, I even tell my fertility specialist which side is the biggest (so far been right every time)! I feel a tightening and mild cramps but not very strong just bothersome for a couple days nothing really painful though, it just feels like swelling is going on and putting a bit pressure on my ovaries. To some women it can feel like period cramps thats why every women is differnt, but ovulation should not feel like a painful ordeal where you feel as if a Midol doesnt seem like such a bad idea.
