There is not a clear answer to this question. If during the marriage, the wage earner received regular overtime, and this money supported the community, it is more likely that the overtime will be counted in calculating child support. However, if overtime is infrequent or overtime has arisen as a result of the increased cost of the divorce, it is less likely that the court will count overtime in calculating child support.
