In lieu of receiving paper invoices by mail invoices can be e-mailed in .pdf or .xls formats. Additionally, files can be sent in any other format that you require, including formats suitable for import into Peachtree, QuickenBooks, or any other available “accounts payable” type application. If you are already receiving your billing from another carrier in digital format and would like to receive the same from Overnite Express, e-mail a sample copy with your account number and instructions to techsupport@overniteexpress.com Can I charge my shipments to my credit card? Yes. Overnite Express accepts American Express, Discover/NOVUS, MasterCard, Visa or any debit card with the Mastercard or Visa logo as valid credit cards for payment.
