Does over-charge have impact on the battery service life?
After charging according to prescriptive period, if we still charge with voltage which exceed the floating voltage will cause overcharge. And overcharge will cause additional water loss and accelerated corrosion of grid. More serious overcharge will make cases bulged and lose control of caloric, finally the service life reduced.
